The Regulator is seeking a GIS service provider to support development of ESRI tools, data and applications used within OGC infrastructure for existing and future business needs. The successful Proponent should have experience and expert knowledge regarding the integration ESRI tools and extensions and of ESRI software including:
• ArcGIS ver. 10X
• ArcPro
• ArcGIS Online
• SDE Database systems
• Geocortex, custom Workflow.

Primarily technical SME and developers. Resources that have mastered ESRI and Geocortex products, with proven experience.
Contract will be in place for 1 year, duration of individual projects is TBD.
TBD based on each project. Estimate is 1-3 application development/configuration projects. Ex ArcGIS Online application built for an OGC business group.
Budgets will be allocated as projects transpire. Pricing should be submitted outlining resource allocation and hourly rates for proposed resources.
Not a requirement necessarily, but anyone who is involved in direct communication must be available during PST business hours.
